About Me
Marinos Ioannou is a Real Estate Agent at our headquarters Kailis Estates office at Nicosia. He is responsible for managing Nicosia’s agents team; and also for cooperating with the managers of Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta cities.
Marinos Ioannou works as a Property Consultant since 2011, helping buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams. His mission is to match people with properties and his vision is to make the buying and selling process as easy as possible.
Marinos experience includes selling plots to individuals and land developing companies as well as selling properties to investors that purchased them for yield. Also, he sold properties for to foreign buyers that applied for both Cyprus Permanent Residence and Cyprus Passport. He helped property owners to sell their properties in Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca.
Marinos studied in Cyprus, in the US and UK. He studied Business Administration with Minor in Marketing and he also has a Masters in Marketing from Brighton University. Also, he has two Academic Publications in Marketing. One was published in the 38th European Marketing Academy Conference in Nantes and the other one was published in the British Academy of Marketing Conference in Leeds; as you can see in the links below:
