Andreas Kailis Land Services was founded in Nicosia by Mr. Andreas Kailis in 1990. He has been dealing with land registration and certifying officer services since then. Services which include property transfers, sale agreements, assignment agreements, distribution agreements, the required taxation services for all the above and all and other applications with regard to the land/tax department.
Since 2000 we have been successfully involved in the construction & development business, completing many of our own project from land purchasing, development to sales.
Real estate/valuation department headed by Emilios Kaili Bsc. Real Estate (Cyprus Real Estate Agent Association Reg. Num. 779, licence number 419). It has been set up offering comprehensive and efficient real estate services. Providing our customers the ideal property buy, sale or rent. Which includes houses, apartments, offices, villas, cottages, land and plots.
Topographic services department headed by Christodoulos Kaili Bsc. Surveying & Mapping Science – Msc. Geomatics and Management. It has been set up the last 2 years with the introduction of the latest technology surveying equipment such as Stonex S10 GNSS receiver.
Our department offers a full topographic and boundary service by meeting the requirements of the land department. These include registration boundary services, land division, building division, engineering surveying, Gis analysis.

The Registration Act, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 mandates the registration of an agreement for sale of an immovable property. By registering the agreement for sale of an immovable property, it becomes a permanent public record. Further, a person is considered as the legal owner of an immovable property only after he gets such property registered in his name.
