Field in Xyliatos community of Nicosia district. It is situated at a distance of approximately 1km northeast of the community center and approximately 600 meters northwest of Ayia Marina Xyliatou – Xyliatos connection road.
It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface. It abuts onto a registered road along its eastern and western boundary with a total frontage of approximately 55 meters.
It is worth noting that the property is approximately 270 meters north from the nearest residential zone of the Community.
Within the field there is small number of olive trees and part of the field is cultivated.
The property falls within the Protection Zone Z1, having a building density of 6%.
