The asse falls within planning Zone Τ3δ1 with the following parameters:
-for Hotels: 30% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10m.
-for Touristic villages: 25% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10m.
-and for Houses: 20% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10m.
