Description
The asset consists of two adjoining fields in Laneia village, Limassol.
The asset is located next to the Limassol – Troodos road and c. 620m northwest of the centre of Laneia village.
The two fields have an area of 1,064sqm and 2,448sqm for a combined area of 3,512sqm. The asset has an irregular shape with a sloping and uneven surface. The two fields benefit from a combined road frontage of 87m along the Limassol – Troodos road.
The immediate area of the asset comprises of undeveloped plots of land as well as some scattered residential developments.
The asset falls into three planning zones with the following parameters:
– 2118sqm fall into H6 with 20% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 8.3m.
– 1100sqm fall Γ3 with 10% building density, 10% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 8.3m.
-and 294sqm fall Z3 with 1% building density, 1% coverage, 1 floors and a maximum height of 5m.
