Description
Residential field in Idalion municipality, which is located in an attractive and quiet area. In recent years this area has witnessed an increase in construction mostly of residences and division of plots. It is located 2,5 Km northwest of the Nicosia – Limassol motorway and about 1,5 Km east of the core of the Municipality.
It has an irregular shape, level even topography that it falls within two town planning zones, Ka8 (residential area that allows for 60% building density with 66% and 5,169sq.m. area ) and Γα4 (agricultural area that allows for 10% building density with 34% and 2,662sq.m. area).
Although it is currently inaccessible via asphalt road it is just 50 metres from the nearest registered street road which makes it easy to obtain access.
